SRT’s Ticket and Box Office Policy
Individual Tickets: All seats are $15 general admission with encouragement to donate more if you are able. Thursday play productions are pay-what-you-like.
Tickets may be purchased online, over the phone at 207-929-6473 or via email to info@sacorivertheatre.org. Patrons may use a credit or debit card (Visa/Mastercard/Discover) or send a check as payment for phone and email purchases. All ticketing is done through Purplepass, our online ticketing service, which will assess a platform fee. All sales are final.
Season pass, event pass, complimentary ticket, and gift certificate holders must contact the box office via phone or email to secure your seats.
If for any reason you are unable to attend the theater on the date of your reservation, you may exchange your tickets. Notify us by calling the Box Office at 207-929-6473 or email to info@sacorivertheatre.org at least 4 hours before your scheduled performance, and we will be happy to:
Exchange your ticket for another performance, subject to availability.
Donate the value of your ticket to support Saco River Theatre. You will receive acknowledgement as a donor.
Surrender your ticket to be gifted to another patron. Your ticket will not be resold. It will be given to a guest who may need a ticket.

Our Box Office is not open to the public. Call or email to purchase tickets during business hours or to ask us any questions. We are happy to help. We also keep a door list. If you are unable to print your tickets or forget to bring them, we can look your name up at the door.

Box Office Hours: Monday & Friday, 9 am to Noon, Wednesday, 1 pm to 4 pm and 2 hours before each show.
Seating is general admission, first-come, first-served. Doors open 30 minutes before showtime. Performances begin promptly at the announced starting time.
LATE ARRIVALS ARE SEATED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE HOUSE MANAGER.
