SRT’s Ticket and Box Office Policy
Individual Tickets: In 2025, all performances are pay-what-you-can: Suggested price for most events is $25.
Tickets may be purchased online or reserved over the phone at 207-929-6473. Online purchases go through Brown Paper Tickets, which will assess a platform fee. You will be asked to enter your per-ticket price and the number of tickets you would like.
Season pass, event pass, complimentary ticket, and gift certificate holders must contact the box office via phone to secure your seats.
If for any reason you are unable to attend the theater on the date of your reservation, you may exchange your tickets. Notify us by calling the Box Office at 207-929-6473 or email to info@sacorivertheatre.org at least 4 hours before your scheduled performance, and we will be happy to:
Exchange your ticket for another performance, subject to availability.
Donate the value of your ticket to support Saco River Theatre. You will receive an acknowledgement as a donor.
Surrender your ticket to be gifted to another patron. Your ticket will not be resold. It will be given to a guest who may need a ticket.

Our Box Office is not currently open to the public. Leave a message to reserve tickets or to ask us any questions. We are happy to help. No need to print your tickets; we will have all online purchases and phone reservations under your name on our box office list when you arrive at the theatre.

Box Office Hours: TBA. Please leave a message with your name, phone number (twice, to be sure we hear it), the event, and the number of tickets you would like to reserve. We will return your call within 48 hours.
Seating is general admission, first-come, first-served. Doors open 30 minutes before showtime. Performances begin promptly at the announced starting time.
LATE ARRIVALS ARE SEATED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE HOUSE MANAGER.
